    Yoga Therapy Teacher Training

    This Training is for everyone who wants to learn more about howto stay healthy until a very old age, how our body and mind work, how we canprevent injuries, how we can heal injuries for ourselves, but also for othersin case you want to become a Yoga Therapist. NB. All the Yoga Therapy classes during this training will beopen for everyone.


    What: 50hr Yoga Therapy Teacher Training (and 25hr Anatomyonline training at Michigan State University, CPR+AED)

    When: 26 till 29 November, 2026

    Time: start Thursday 26 18.00-21.00. Other days 6.30 till 20.30.

    Price: €1.399,- early bird (€1.599,-regular), the price is excluding the anatomy course and CPR+AED

    Certificate: a 50hr Yoga Therapy TT certificate upon completion.

    This comprehensive program will provide you with the knowledgeand skills you need to become a certified yoga therapist. You will learn how toassess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop personalizedtreatment plans to help yourself and clients heal from pain and dysfunction.

    In this program, you will cover a wide range of topics,including:

    * The principles of yoga therapy

    * Anatomy and physiology of the musculoskeletal system

    * Assessment and diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions

    * Yoga therapy techniques for musculoskeletal pain anddysfunction

    * Yoga therapy for specific conditions (e.g., spine, hip,shoulder, knee, ankle, foot pain, psoas, QL compression)

    * ⁠Diving deeper into the respiratory system and the brain

    * Posture alignment and how to help different people and correcttheir posture according to their bodies needs

    * Leading yoga therapy classes & personal training.

    Dev Kapil is an experienced yoga therapist and loves sharing hisextensive knowledge in the Yoga scriptures, anatomy, naturopathy and Ayurveda.

    1) Day workshop

    Living in a world that is constantly challenging our peace, true strength lies in cultivating lasting inner stability.

    The practice of Yoga is about discovering the silent force within that remains unshaken by external turbulence.

    Prasad will help you understand how to embody steadiness in thought, word, and action and unlock a steady state of resilience that does not seek validation, but stands rooted in the Self. Through:

    * physical postures (asana)

    * practices of mindfulness (dharana)

    * breath regulation (pranayama)

    * understanding the life principles of Yoga (siddhanta).

    HIP AND HEARTOPENER

    2) Evening workshop

    Prasad will slowly guide you through a hip- and heartopener asana practice after which you will be able to completely relax in the Yoga Nidra session. You will feel energized and simultaneously relaxed after the workshop: an evening for yourself and with yourself:-).
