Fully inspired all participants left the Yoga for Men workshop and Yoga for Urban Life weekend workshop.
Yoga Master Prasad Rangnekar gave lots of insights about the importance of a healthy posture since the body sends signals to the brain 24/7. He showed us how important it is to slow down, simplify your life and have a positive attitute towards life. How we can correct bad posture by using simple Hatha yoga postures and breathing techniques. Prasad also let us experience the importance of first mobilizing the joints before stretching the muscles. From activity, you should first slow down through joint mobilization and then move into stillness and start your yoga practice.
